We are pleased to announce the launch of our much-anticipated online Union Catalogue of Shastri Indo-Canadian Institute to promote resource sharing among Canadian Studies libraries throughout India. The catalogue, which is now accessible through the homepage of our website, currently contains an extensive database of books. We are working to build on this foundation by incorporating periodical articles, theses and dissertations, CDs, videos, and a database of Indian specialists on Canadian Studies.The Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade (DFAIT) Canada has provided funding for this initiative. Our sincere thanks to the Director, India office Mrs Sarmistha Roy who made sincere efforts to go Union catalogue Online.It was due to her constant inspiration and morale boosting attitude, this project was accomplished.This Catalogue will prove beneficial to the people who are interested in Canadian Studies. Canadian Studies Library is the only place where material on canadian studies is available.
