EX-MINISTER WILLIAM GRAHAM HONORED AT THE UNIVERSITY OF SIENNA IN SIENNA, ITALY
On October 4th 2010, Mr. Bill Graham, Canada’s former Minister of National Defence and Minister of Foreign Affairs and, for many years, a central figure of the Liberal Party of Canada, received a Ph.D. ring of the University of Sienna, Italy, for his continuous support to the Siena-Toronto Centre of which he is also one of the founding members. This reward was remitted to Mr. Graham by Chancellor Silvano Focardi; Canadian Ambassador to Italy James Fox was present.
