CURATOR – CANADIAN HISTORY BEFORE 1800 – CALL FOR APPLICATIONS

The Archaeology and History Division is currently seeking a dynamic individual who will, under the direction of the Director, Archaeology and History, plan, propose and research exhibitions on early Canadian history and other topics as appropriate, conduct problem-oriented historical research on the history of early colonial Canada and related topics; communicate the results of this research to a variety of publics and through a variety of media; contribute to collections development and public programming; provide professional leadership and inform and influence a wide variety of audiences about Canadian history; perform related duties as assigned. All applicants must hold a PhD or an equivalent in early Canadian history or a related discipline.
